Requirements

• Five or more years managing multi-day corporate events for executive audiences, including programmes delivered internationally.
• Poise with C-suite executives and senior faculty, with excellent spoken and written English and the confidence to address the room for briefings and timings.
• Exceptional organisation and composure, working from detailed timelines and written confirmations, and keeping the programme running smoothly.
• Strong working knowledge of event management software, CRM systems and AV technology, along with a willingness to travel within Europe.
• Experience of executive education programmes or industry conferences is an advantage, particularly where industrial site visits are involved.

Desired Qualifications

• A background in executive education and corporate training, with an understanding of how classroom-style educational programmes are run across multiple days and what constitutes best practice in delivering them, particularly where industrial site visits are involved.
• A degree in event management, marketing or a related field, alongside an understanding of the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
• Experience of preparing keynote speakers and faculty, including briefing them ahead of presentations.
