  • Support event budgets by monitoring supplier costs, processing invoices and maintaining effective cost control.
  • Coordinate the operational delivery of awards, including venues, suppliers, AV, catering, logistics and health and safety.
  • Work closely with event executives on day-to-day administration, delegate communications and stakeholder communications.
  • Support, guide and mentor a team member, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback and holding regular 1-2-1s to support their development.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan, contract and deliver digital and printed branding.
  • Oversee the Awards process from entry submission and judging through to delegate bookings and guestlist planning.
  • Manage the events platform website and entry and booking system.
  • Stay calm under pressure, solve problems proactively and take a hands-on, detail-focused approach to delivering polished, professional events.
  • Travel to events as required and work flexibly around event delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
