Event Manager - 6 Month Contract
We are looking for an experienced Event Manager/Event Organiser to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of a high-profile corporate event.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events professional to take ownership of a major event, working with senior stakeholders and multiple internal and external teams from initial planning through to successful delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of the event from start to finish.
- Manage budgets, venues, suppliers, contractors and event logistics.
- Develop the agenda and coordinate speakers, content and guest requirements.
- Manage registrations, invitations and event communications.
- Coordinate AV, production, catering, branding and event collateral.
- Work closely with Marketing, Communications and senior stakeholders.
- Create the event run of show and lead on-site delivery, including stage management and problem solving.
- Manage post-event feedback, content and financial reconciliation.

About you
You'll have proven experience delivering corporate events, conferences or large-scale events, with strong project management, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
You'll be confident managing suppliers and budgets, working with senior stakeholders and remaining calm under pressure in a live event environment.
