About the Company
Profound is the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, used by 15% of the Fortune 500 including Comcast, Estée Lauder, and Walmart, and innovators like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. It is where marketing teams do the work: research, briefs, content, campaigns, reporting, all in one place, alongside agents that carry the load with them.
Built on 2B+ real user prompts and growing, Profound’s data shows you what people ask AI and what the models say back. Profound's AI Marketer joins that data with deep context about our customers to find the opportunities worth acting on, and then puts agents to work: automating reporting, drafting content, auditing pages for readability, running competitive research. It measures what works and gets better every day.
About the Role
As Event Marketer, you will be the engine behind Profound's presence on the ground. You will own the logistics and execution of our tradeshows and support our flagship events, turning real-world moments into real pipeline. This is a roll up your sleeves, get it done, deeply sales-aligned position.
What you'll do
- Own the logistics and execution of Profound's tradeshow and Tier 1 event presence across Europe, from sponsorship contracts and booth build to shipping, staffing, and on-site delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of our flagship events, including, managing our agencies, venue sourcing, run of show, speakers, registration, and guest experience
- Partner closely with Sales, GTMAs, and Field Marketing to align on target accounts, meeting goals, and follow-up before, during, and after every event
- Be on the floor, helping book meetings, greeting prospects, running check-in, and jumping in wherever the moment needs you
- Manage vendors, venues, agencies, and local suppliers, including quotes, contracts, invoices, and timelines, while keeping speed and quality high
- Track budgets for every event and report on meetings held, pipeline influenced, cost per lead, and what we would change next time
- Set up lead capture and work with Marketing Ops on clean, fast post-event follow-up and CRM hygiene
- Collaborate with content and social teams to extend event moments into LinkedIn, thought leadership, and post-event narratives
- Adapt materials and communications for local audiences, in the local language where you can, and flag regional requirements like data privacy and venue regulations early
- Keep the European events calendar and tracker current so everyone knows what is happening, who owns it, and what is next

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
