WeAreParamount on a mission to unleash the power of content… you in?

We’ve got the brands, we’ve got the stars, we’ve got the power to achieve our mission to entertain the planet – now all we’re missing is… YOU! Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.

Is this the role for you?

You'll be the central point of contact for everyone involved in making these events happen: our LA-based marketing team, the global sales team, and the external partners and vendors who bring each market to life. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, keeps people aligned, and turns complex logistics into a plan that runs on time and on budget.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the annual event calendar, working with organisers to lock in deadlines for exhibit space, housing, and other logistics
  • Partner with Creative Services, Sales, Marketing, and external agencies and vendors to coordinate event logistics from start to finish
  • Build detailed task lists for each event and keep every team moving until items are closed out
  • Build, track, sign off, and reconcile event budgets
  • Pull together learnings and data from previous markets so this year's planning starts from insight, not scratch
  • Lead weekly planning meetings, keeping stakeholders current on progress, open items, and upcoming deadlines
  • Give senior leadership regular status updates and post-event recaps, including budget performance and key takeaways
  • Spot risk early, whether that's a budget overrun, a vendor delay, or a scheduling conflict, and resolve it before it becomes a problem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
