Field Marketing & Events Manager
£60000 London | Hybrid
About the Role
We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to take ownership of its global events and real-world marketing programme.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves events but also understands the commercial side of marketing. Events are a major GTM and pipeline channel for the business, so you won’t simply be organising logistics – you’ll work closely with Sales, RevOps and Brand to create experiences that get the business in front of the right people and ultimately generate opportunities.
The role covers everything from major industry conferences and a flagship owned event through to intimate dinners, community events and out-of-home campaigns. There’s also a genuinely international element. The team regularly attends and hosts events across London, New York, Las Vegas, Toronto and beyond, so you'll need to be comfortable with global travel.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the global events programme as a key pipeline-generating channel
- Plan and execute presence at major industry conferences and trade shows
- Produce the company's flagship conference from concept through to delivery
- Create smaller, high-impact events including executive dinners, partner events and invite-only experiences
- Work closely with Sales on target accounts, pre-event outreach, meetings and post-event follow-up
- Partner with RevOps to track sourced pipeline, meetings booked, cost per opportunity and event attribution
- Work with Brand on creative out-of-home campaigns around key events and industry moments
- Own event production end to end, including venues, suppliers, budgets, timelines and on-the-day delivery
- Build strong relationships with venues, partners and suppliers
- Continuously look for creative ways to make the brand stand out in a competitive market

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
