Event Marketing Manager
Professional Membership Organisation
Location: London – Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)
Salary: £48,000 + Benefits including 6% employer pension contribution, A generous annual leave allowance of up to 30 days, Additional leave over Christmas and New Year, Regular paid-for social events, A fantastic Bankside location, close to Borough Market and the South Bank
We are recruiting an experienced Event Marketing Manager for a leading professional membership organisation.
Overview
This is a broad, hands-on role combining membership growth, digital marketing, commercial activity and events.

Responsibilities
- Develop marketing campaigns to attract and engage members
- Promote membership, products, services, training and events
- Manage digital marketing across email, CRM, website and social media
- Use data and audience insight to improve campaign performance
- Support commercial growth, sponsorship and partnerships
- Help deliver conferences, events and ideally awards programmes
- Bring fresh ideas and take ownership of marketing activity
The role has a particular focus on membership acquisition and growth, alongside promoting the wider value of membership.
About You

You will have:
- Essential membership-sector experience
- Strong marketing and digital campaign experience
- Commercial awareness and a growth mindset
- Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms
- Strong communication, copywriting and project management skills
- A proactive, creative and confident approach
Events experience is highly desirable, particularly running awards, conferences, sponsorship or commercial partnerships.
You’ll be an energetic, commercially minded marketer who can generate ideas, work autonomously and confidently engage with members and stakeholders.
