Product Events Marketing Manager, EMEA
Location: Remote / Flexible across EMEA
Contract: Initial contract opportunity
Travel: EMEA travel required
We are supporting a global technology organisation looking for an experienced Product Events Marketing Manager to join its EMEA marketing organisation.
This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for delivering high impact product and customer events across the UK&I, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
You will own a diverse portfolio of events, from executive exchanges and Customer Advisory Boards through to product roadshows and targeted customer roundtables, with a strong focus on creating demand, engaging customers and partners, and generating and accelerating pipeline.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple event programmes across EMEA, from strategy and concept through execution and post-event analysis
- Deliver executive events, Customer Advisory Boards, product roadshows, and customer roundtables
- Partner closely with regional sales, country marketing, and product marketing teams
- Develop target account and audience acquisition strategies alongside SDR and telemarketing teams
- Work with strategic partners on joint event initiatives designed to generate awareness and demand
- Manage external event and marketing agencies
- Own event budgets, procurement, and associated operational processes
- Use Salesforce and Excel to track campaign performance, leads, pipeline, and event effectiveness
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Produce senior-level PowerPoint presentations communicating results, progress, and future strategy
- Manage multiple programmes simultaneously against clearly defined KPIs

What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience across B2B marketing and events, ideally within technology or a comparable enterprise environment
- Strong experience managing the full event lifecycle, including strategy, planning, delivery, and post-event analysis
- Experience delivering sophisticated B2B events such as Customer Advisory Boards, executive events, product roadshows, or customer roundtables
- Strong understanding of demand generation, lead management, and pipeline creation through events
- Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint, particularly for reporting and performance analysis
- Experience working with marketing automation and lead management processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage several programmes simultaneously
- Comfortable working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups in a complex international organisation
- Fluent English
- Additional European language skills including German, French, Spanish, or Italian would be highly desirable
