Looking for a role where you can combine marketing, customer engagement, and sales in a fast-paced event environment?
Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing London-based client for an Event Marketing & Sales Assistant to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across pop-up events, retail promotions, shopping centres, and branded activations, representing nationally recognised charity campaigns.
As an Event Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in increasing brand awareness, engaging with members of the public, and helping charities grow their supporter base through professional face-to-face interactions.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in busy environments, and wants to build a career in events, marketing, or sales.

What You'll Be Doing
- Representing charity campaigns at pop-up events, retail promotions, and branded activations
- Delivering engaging face-to-face marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Speaking with members of the public and communicating each charity's mission and impact
- Creating positive customer experiences and building genuine relationships
- Supporting new supporters through a professional registration process
- Assisting with promotional displays and event presentation
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve campaign and fundraising objectives
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for events, marketing, sales, or customer engagement
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in busy retail and event environments
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, events, or sales is beneficial but not essential

Earnings & Benefits
- Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
