Event Operations Specialist
6-Month Contract | Hybrid (London)
About the Role
Looking to deliver large-scale employee events for one of the world's most innovative technology companies?
We're hiring an Event Operations Specialist to join a high-performing team responsible for delivering flagship internal events, employee experiences, leadership engagements, and large-scale activations across the EMEA region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes at a global tech business renowned for connecting billions of people through technology and shaping the future of digital experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the operational delivery of high-profile corporate events from planning through execution.
- Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and on-site contractors to ensure flawless event delivery.
- Execute event playbooks while maintaining exceptional operational standards.
- Manage event logistics, schedules, and on-site activities.
- Process supplier invoices and manage procurement activities.
- Track event budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
- Partner with multiple internal teams to deliver engaging employee experiences.
- Produce event reporting and monitor delivery against objectives.
- Support a varied programme of employee engagement initiatives, company-wide meetings, and large-scale events throughout the year.

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills
- 2–6 years' experience delivering medium to large-scale corporate events.
- Proven hands-on event operations experience.
- Experience managing events with 400+ attendees.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience working with event budgets, procurement, and invoice management.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change regularly.
