Role Overview

As an Event Operations Assistant, you will support the Head of Events with administrative and logistical tasks across a variety of global events – both virtual and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with delegates, sponsors, and partners
  • Create marketing materials for events
  • Manage registration data on our event management platform, including updating attendee lists and generating reports
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure events run smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • 2:1 degree or above from a UK university (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Team player with initiative and enthusiasm
  • Sociable, personable, and adaptable

Starting salary: £25k + event bonuses. Salary increases with experience as you progress within the business. We take pride in helping you develop a rewarding career and an exciting life outside work.

Please note: This role is intended to commence in January 2027. We are happy to consider candidates with availability shortly after this date, but applicants seeking an immediate start may not be suitable.
