About the role...
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join us in an exciting new role within our newly launched office event space for a 12 Months FTC. Based fully onsite at our London campus, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this multifunctional space.
This role is responsible for managing all bookings, ensuring the space is fully prepared and operational for each event. Delivering a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the space, maintain the highest level of standards, organisation and service while maximising its use across a diverse range of events, meetings and business activities.

What you'll be doing...
- Act as the main point of contact for all event space enquiries and bookings.
- Manage the events calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and maximum use of the space.
- Review and approve bookings in line with business priorities.
- Coordinate event logistics, including room layouts, AV and space configuration.
- Ensure the venue is clean, organised and event-ready at all times.
- Manage room set-up and turnaround between events.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the space, including the kitchen and tea point.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment of supplies and equipment.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, suppliers and service providers.
- Provide on-site support during events, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Raise purchase orders and set up new supplier accounts.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
Who are you?
- Experience in event coordination, venue or facilities management, or a similar operational role.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and competing priorities.
- Experience using Outlook calendars or similar booking systems.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- A confident problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of an event space.
- Flexible to support occasional events outside standard business hours.
- Passionate about delivering an excellent experience for colleagues, clients and visitors.
