Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and looking to build a career in events?
We're looking for an enthusiastic Event Operations Executive to join our friendly London team. Working across a portfolio of industry-leading Richmond Forums, you'll play a key role in the planning, administration and delivery of high-profile business events that bring together senior decision-makers and leading suppliers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with some corporate and/or events experience who wants to develop their event management expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You'll gain hands-on experience across every stage of the event lifecycle, from delegate communications and venue liaison through to onsite event delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Managing event administration, logistics and planning across multiple Richmond Forums
- Setting up and maintaining event information within our bespoke event management systems
- Managing pre-event communications, questionnaires, websites and customer portals
- Coordinating email marketing campaigns and attendee information
- Liaising with venues regarding accommodation, catering and event set-up requirements
- Supporting supplier account management and administration
- Working closely with project managers to ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard
- Attending events, managing attendee queries and helping to ensure a seamless delegate experience onsite

We're looking for someone who is
- Exceptionally organised, efficient and detail-focused
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable building relationships with senior-level professionals
- Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
- A strong team player with excellent customer service skills
- Technically confident, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and databases

This is a full-time hybrid role based in London SW14, with occasional travel and overnight stays required when attending events.
