EVENT PRODUCER

FULL TIME CONTRACT - LONDON

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Collectively our team boasts over 40 years combined experience designing and producing spectacular corporate and private parties, weddings and international productions. We maintain our position at the forefront of event design & production, combining contemporary design philosophy with classic five star standards.

Our expert team at Bespoke share a passion for creating and hosting unforgettable experiences which is demonstrated through our extensive portfolio of clients and events!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for delivering events at some of the most prestigious locations in London and the UK. Working closely with colleagues from both our technical team and design team you will ensure that we consistently exceed the expectation of our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving the close relationship we enjoy with all of our venues whilst onsite. In addition, you will ensure that our home team and our supplier network are given all the information and resources they require to flourish and find working with Bespoke a positive and fulfilling experience.

Planning:

  • Confirm logistics with non-technical suppliers (furniture, floristry, dressing, entertainment, catering, etc)
  • Prepare relevant pre event documentation such as event spec, crew lists, transport schedule etc

Delivery:

  • Brief all crew on arrival (In house and external suppliers)
  • Co-ordinate suppliers on site
  • Liaising with client and venue
  • Manage the live event
  • Manage the de-rig

Post event:

  • Debrief with internal team
  • Debrief with suppliers
  • Wrap up with venue
  • Attend all relevant meetings with suppliers and clients
