π¨ EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER | BERLIN | RELOCATION REQUIRED
London-based event professionals - this one could be worth a look. π
I'm working with a rapidly growing European Deep Tech & AI business that is scaling its event portfolio across Europe, and they're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the production and delivery of major events.
This is a Berlin-based opportunity, so relocation to Berlin will be required.
And this isn't a role where you'll simply book suppliers and tick boxes. You'll be responsible for turning the event plan into reality - from the first supplier booking through to the final truck leaving the venue. ποΈπ€
You'll be making sure:
- A 6,000+ attendee event runs smoothly from start to finish
- Venues are transformed into high-quality event spaces
- Suppliers deliver on time and to specification
- Budgets are controlled and negotiated effectively
- Build and breakdown schedules stay on track
- Attendee journeys are seamless
- Sponsors and exhibitors receive what they've been promised
- Large on-site teams are properly briefed and managed
- Problems are solved quickly and calmly when things change
- Everything is ready when the doors open

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
