Event Operations Manager – Luxury Lifestyle Hotel, London

We are delighted to be partnering with an exceptional luxury lifestyle hotel in London, seeking an experienced and passionate Events Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a vibrant, design-led hospitality environment where events, entertainment and guest experiences are at the heart of the offering. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional events across the hotel, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed and aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
Reporting into the senior Food & Beverage leadership team, the Events Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of events, from intimate private celebrations and corporate gatherings to high-profile lifestyle experiences. Working closely with F&B, wellness, guest experience and wider hotel teams, you will ensure seamless coordination, operational excellence and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of all events across the hotel.
- Translate event briefs into detailed operational plans, timelines and team briefings.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Oversee event set-up, live operations and post-event reviews.
- Act as the key operational point of contact during events, ensuring service standards and guest expectations are exceeded.
- Support the development of event processes, standards and best practices.
- Ensure all events operate safely, efficiently and in line with licensing, compliance and brand requirements.
- Coach and support teams to deliver outstanding service and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Previous experience managing events operations within a luxury hotel, lifestyle venue, restaurant group or premium hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of delivering high-end guest experiences and complex live events.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A confident leader who can inspire teams and remain calm under pressure.
- Commercially aware with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
