What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • Ensure the smooth operation and service of all group, social, banquet and planned food and beverage events to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Manage, lead and motivate the Events Operations team, continually improving service & operational systems, and ensuring the event spaces and environment are consistent with a 5-star establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations and maximize business growth.
  • Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with challenges that may arise during the day, to ensure that we meet our guest’s special requests.
