What you'll own
- Own the end-to-end operations of our creator/talent-show product and related events, from planning and execution through to review and optimisation.
- Lead the operational delivery of both online and offline events, including creator recruitment, contestant engagement, school club/society partnerships, resource coordination, and performance follow-up.
- Support the operational optimization of the talent-show product, working with the product, engineering, and design teams to drive feature improvements and iterations that enhance the experience for both users and creators.
- Build and maintain the creator ecosystem and be responsible for onboarding, nurturing, incentivising, and managing relationships with creators to improve activity levels and content quality.
- Define operational SOPs and key metrics, continuously tracking core data (participation, conversion, retention, GMV, etc.) and using data to drive optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, business/commercial, and live-streaming teams to secure resources and ensure events launch on time.

What you'll bring
- 3+ years of experience in event operations/content operations/creator operations, with proven hands-on delivery of both online and offline events (required).
- Experience planning and executing events from 0 to 1 and able to own projects independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Familiar with the creator / influencer / live-streaming ecosystem; experience in creator recruitment, operations, or MCN work is a plus.
- Product operations experience is a strong plus, able to work with product teams to refine features and optimise user and creator journeys.
- App product operations experience preferred and an understanding of app growth, engagement, and retention mechanics.
- Data-driven, comfortable analysing event performance and running structured post-event reviews.
- Strong execution and delivery focus, resilient under pressure, with excellent communication and the ability to run multiple projects at once.

Nice to haves
- Background in event or creator operations at a major platform (TikTok, Xiaohongshu/RED, Douyin, etc.).
- A good sense for creative and content, with an understanding of young audiences and youth/pop culture.
