Event Operations Manager - Restaurants - Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London, N17 | Full-Time / Permanent

£41200 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

We're looking for...

This role is responsible for supporting with the premium catering operation across Premium Restaurants during prep, on matchdays & third-party event days, and the planning and delivery of Conference and Events (C&E) business on non-matchdays.

You will ensure that all aspects of the Premium Restaurants and C&E operation are delivered in a quality, customer focused manner combining attention to detail and experience excellence whilst striving to exceed guest expectations.

Event Operations Manager - Restaurants - The Role

Match Days & Events

  • Lead the delivery of premium restaurant operations across match and event days.
  • Manage designated premium areas, ensuring teams are briefed and service standards are maintained.
  • Work with culinary and hospitality teams to deliver excellent food, service and guest experiences.
  • Monitor live service, resolve issues and manage staffing, guest flow and timings.
  • Complete operational systems, including RTS, POS, Ubeya and P&L management.
  • Support menu development, create SOPs and ensure allergies and dietary requirements are prioritised.

Non-Match Day / Conferences & Events

  • Lead the operational delivery of Conferences & Events, including meetings, launches, banquets and celebrations.
  • Coordinate labour, menus, service styles, timings and P&Ls to deliver successful events.
  • Work closely with planning, culinary and People teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage events from planning through to delivery and post-event review.
  • Build strong client relationships and drive innovation across the events offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion a guest-focused culture and consistently high hospitality standards.
  • Maintain Health & Safety and operational compliance.
  • Support team engagement, development and HR compliance.
  • Protect profitability through effective stock, billing and waste management.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in premium restaurants or luxury hotel F&B operations.
  • Experience and understanding of Conferences & Events (C&E).
  • Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
  • Passionate about food, hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware and able to prioritise and multitask.
  • Confident managing variable teams across match-day and non-match day events.
  • Committed to developing teams through effective training and upskilling.
  • Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to solve problems and seize opportunities.
  • A positive team player with a can-do attitude, who remains calm and assertive under pressure.
  • Flexible and able to work hours that align with stadium activity and event requirements.
