Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end operational delivery of international conferences across the US, Europe, Asia and Africa
  • Managing venues, suppliers, budgets, event technology and all onsite logistics to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Building strong relationships with sponsors, delegates and internal stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the attendee experience while continually improving operational processes

Requirements include:

  • 3–5 years' experience delivering B2B conferences or international events
  • Experience managing conferences with 400+ attendees and multiple event components
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex projects and budgets simultaneously
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to travel internationally
