We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Events Operations Supervisor to join our Meetings & Events team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Working closely with the Assistant Events Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of events across our impressive ballroom and meeting spaces, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations from start to finish.

The Role
As Events Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading event service teams and coordinating the successful delivery of a wide range of meetings, conferences, private dining experiences, and special events.

You will act as a visible leader on the floor, ensuring event spaces are prepared to the highest standards, teams are fully briefed, and guests receive seamless, personalized service throughout their event journey.
No two days are the same. One day you may be overseeing an executive board meeting, the next supporting a luxury wedding or high-profile gala dinner. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and inspire your team will be central to your success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating event service teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Coordinating event set-up, execution, and breakdown to ensure every event space is delivered exactly as planned.
- Building strong relationships with clients, event organizers, and guests to create memorable experiences.
- Overseeing all aspects of event operations, ensuring details are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Working closely with kitchen, sales, and operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Managing last-minute changes with professionalism while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Supporting the training, coaching, and development of colleagues to build a high-performing team.
- Conducting briefings and maintaining excellent communication across departments.
- Monitoring service quality, presentation standards, and guest satisfaction throughout each event.
- Ensuring all operational, health, and safety, and compliance standards are consistently achieved.
- Acting as a proud ambassador of Nobu's values of Family, Crafted, Smile, and Kokoro.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident and engaging hospitality professional with a passion for events and guest service.
You'll have experience within meetings and events, banqueting, or food and beverage operations and be comfortable leading teams in a busy luxury environment.
