We're building wellness and community spaces for Black and Brown women across London. Can you help us capture the real moments, so funders and our community can see what that actually looks like?

What difference will you make?

Real photography is one of the clearest ways we can show funders, partners, and our own community what Bridged actually is. It shapes how people see us before they ever attend an event themselves, and it's often the difference between someone feeling invited in or kept at a distance.

What are we looking for?

We particularly welcome applications from global majority women who share the lived experience of our community

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Comfortable photographing people candidly, in a way that feels unobtrusive
  • Own equipment (camera or a phone capable of good low-light shots)
  • Able to turn around a small edited selection within a few days of each event
  • Comfortable navigating spaces that touch on sensitive themes with discretion, some moments (someone visibly emotional, a private conversation) are not photo moments, and knowing the difference matters as much as the technical skill

What will you be doing?

We're less interested in polished, staged shots and more in photos that hold the actual feeling of the room, people arriving, connecting, mid-conversation, mid-laugh. These photos do more than sit on Instagram. They show up in funder presentations, impact reports, and anywhere we need to show, not just tell, what Bridged actually looks like.

You'd typically be photographing for the length of one event at a time, moving through the space without disrupting the flow of what's happening.
