Job Summary:
Scope of Work
- Engage in simulated client-event planner dialogues, providing authentic, scenario-based conversations.
- Document and articulate standard event planning workflows, challenges, and solutions.
- Analyze client needs, propose event solutions, and outline step-by-step planning procedures.
- Identify and describe common hurdles and creative problem-solving approaches in event coordination.
- Deliver structured feedback on event planning conversations to improve AI system responses.
- Contribute written materials exemplifying clear, professional communication for virtual interaction.
- Collaborate remotely with the micro1 project team to refine project deliverables as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning, coordination, and client communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex event scenarios.
- Exceptional organization and time management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey details clearly in virtual formats.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and virtual meetings.
- Background in training, coaching, or contributing to professional development content is a plus.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable insights in a timely manner.
