Role Description
The Event Planner will manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of catered events, ensuring each occasion reflects Dvash’s bespoke approach to kosher fine dining. This full-time, on-site role in London involves coordinating client consultations, developing event concepts, and aligning menus and logistics with client needs and budgets.

- Sourcing and liaising with venues and suppliers
- Creating timelines
- Managing event setups
- Overseeing on-site execution to ensure a seamless guest experience
The Event Planner will collaborate closely with the culinary and operations teams, handle any issues that arise during events, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, supporting sales efforts through proposal development, and contributing ideas to enhance Dvash’s event offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including client-facing interaction and clear coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
- Event Planning and Event Management skills, with experience organizing and executing events of varying sizes and formats.
- Budgeting skills, including cost estimation, financial tracking, and working within client and company budget parameters.
- Sales skills, such as relationship building, supporting proposals, and helping convert inquiries into confirmed events.
- Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or events, ideally within high-end or bespoke service environments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in London, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Knowledge of kosher catering or willingness to learn kashrut guidelines; prior experience in kosher events is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office and event planning tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling software, CRM systems).
- Professional demeanor, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
