Join a Global Team Creating World-Class Events
At Prestel & Partner, we don't just organise conferences — we create trusted environments where some of the world's most influential wealth owners, investors and their decision makers come together - to exchange ideas, learn from one another and build meaningful relationships.
For more than 15 years, we have been the leading global organiser of Family Office events, hosting in London, Singapore, Dubai, Riyadh, Frankfurt, Zurich, Mexico, Los Angeles, Bermuda and New York City. As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for an experienced Event Producer to join our team.
If you're passionate about creating exceptional content and events, enjoy working with senior-level speakers, love bringing ideas to life, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment, with colleagues who enjoy collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join Prestel and Partner?
We're a small, highly experienced and genuinely supportive team that has worked remotely for over 15 years. We trust our people, give them ownership of their work, and value ideas, initiative and collaboration.
This is a role where you'll have real responsibility, direct access to senior industry figures, opportunities to travel internationally, and the chance to see the impact of your work first hand.
While we work hard and hold ourselves to high standards, we also enjoy what we do. Our team is friendly, down-to-earth, collaborative and passionate about delivering outstanding events for some of the most respected family office events in the world.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Event Producer to lead the planning and delivery of our international conference programmes.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the full event lifecycle — from research and programme development through to speaker management, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
