Role Description

The Event Producer is a contract, on-site role based in London, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of luxury events. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts, managing timelines, coordinating venues and suppliers, and ensuring smooth on-site execution. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to refine event ideas, manage guest lists, oversee invitations, and support PR and brand-related activities. The Event Producer will track budgets, monitor project milestones, and address operational issues to ensure each event meets quality standards and client expectations. This position requires consistent presence at venues and meetings across London and occasional work outside standard business hours, aligned with event schedules.
