Kalm Kitchen is looking for an experienced Event Producer & Venue Lead to become the trusted face of one of our most important venue partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced wedding, events, hospitality or venue professional who loves building relationships, thrives on organisation and understands that exceptional events are built through meticulous planning and attention to detail.
You'll guide clients through their planning journey, work closely with venue teams and ensure every event is prepared and handed over to our operational teams with absolute precision.
We're looking for someone who notices the details others miss, genuinely enjoys administration and process management, and understands how great planning translates into unforgettable events. An operational background would be a significant advantage.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing relationships with premium venue partners
- Guiding clients through the planning process
- Leading planning meetings and tastings
- Producing detailed event briefs
- Supporting event delivery
- Identifying guest experience enhancements and upsell opportunities
- Maintaining exceptional planning accuracy and administrative standards
- Acting as the bridge between clients, venues and operational teams
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience in events, weddings, hospitality or venue management
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong administration and project management capability
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Commercial awareness
- A positive and proactive attitude
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
