Event Production Manager

LFX Events Ltd

UK-wide | Full-time | Event-based role

Salary

Up to £50k DOE plus benefits

About Us

LFX Events Ltd is growing. We are a professional event production, event management, and event safety company working across the UK live events industry, supporting organisers across live music, festivals, outdoor and in-venue events, corporate events, and mass participation events. Our clients include event organisers such as Future Sounds, Slam Dunk, and AGN Events, alongside a growing portfolio of clients across the sector.

We are now looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to join our team as we continue to expand. You’ll have a genuine opportunity to influence how we continuously optimise event production and management services.

The Role

We're looking for someone who knows that great event production isn't just about writing the plan — it's about making the plan work.

  • Involved from the earliest stages of an event, developing site designs and specifications, sourcing suppliers, managing client relationships, and liaising with contractors, local authorities, and the wider LFX team.
  • Write and coordinate event documentation, build production schedules, and manage contractors.
  • On site, leading the operation.
  • From site planning and build, through live activation and event operations, to break and handover, you'll take a hands-on leadership role as Event Manager, coordinating teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver a safe, efficient, and successful event.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Most importantly, you will have genuine experience of site delivery. You'll make decisions under pressure and lead from the front when the site is live.

You'll be the person who can walk onto a complicated event site, understand what's happening, spot what needs attention, and get things moving.

You're organised without being bureaucratic, commercially aware without compromising quality, and calm when people look to you to lead.

Above all, you take ownership.
