This engagement covers the production and delivery of event branding, décor, sponsorship activations and exhibition booths across our international events portfolio.

Based on the current scope of deliverables, this engagement is expected to require approximately 3 days per week initially, as an initial 3-month contract with a target start of 7 September 2026.

You'll collaborate with our Creative Director, event stakeholders and a network of specialist production partners, bringing creative flair and meticulous organisation to how our events come to life on site.

Scope of Services & Deliverables

This engagement includes:

Event Branding & Production

  • Creative and technical delivery of event branding — from vinyl graphics and decorative installations to wayfinding and photo moments — produced in the UK and shipped to international destinations
  • Supplier sourcing, artwork approval and production scheduling, delivered to agreed budgets and deadlines
  • Installation and setup guidance that supports successful delivery on site

Exhibition Booth Delivery

  • Design and artwork approval for exhibition booths and branded event spaces, delivered through specialist production partners
  • Client-facing coordination through to final on-site delivery and quality review

Sponsorship Activation

  • Concepts, mood boards and presentation materials for sponsorship opportunities
  • Supplier sourcing and cost management for activation production
  • Delivery of approved activation assets and experiences on site

Where delivery falls around a live event, on-site attendance is agreed with you in advance.

This engagement is best suited to an Event Production Manager contractor who brings:

  • Proven experience delivering creative production projects within events, exhibitions, hospitality or related sectors
  • Strong knowledge of production materials, print processes and event fabrication
  • Project management experience across multiple concurrent projects, from concept through to on-site delivery
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills, including budget and quotation management
  • Experience using Figma or PowerPoint to develop presentations and visual concepts

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Experience with spatial design, SketchUp or floor-planning software

Benefits

  • Day rate: £300 to £320 per day, depending on experience.
