Job Title: Event Production Manager – Events Agency

Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: London


About the Role

My client is looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to join an established event venue agency. This is a hands-on role overseeing the logistics, operations, and production delivery of a wide range of events, taking each event from initial planning through to live delivery and breakdown. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, production teams, and venue stakeholders to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly, safely, and to an exceptional standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning and operational delivery of events from initial brief through to completion
  • Manage all event logistics, production schedules, set-up, live delivery, and breakdown
  • Create detailed event plans, production schedules, run sheets, floorplans, and team briefs
  • Coordinate suppliers, contractors, production teams, and venue stakeholders
  • Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously, often working to tight deadlines
  • Identify and resolve logistical and operational challenges quickly and effectively
  • Ensure all events are delivered safely and in line with relevant Health & Safety and venue requirements
  • Review event delivery and identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in Event Operations or Event Production
  • Proven experience as an Event Operations Manager or Event Producer within either an event venue or agency environment
  • Strong logistics and operations management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex events
  • Experience managing events from planning and pre-production through to live delivery and breakdown
  • Strong supplier, contractor, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of event delivery
