Event Project Coordinator

LFX Events Ltd

Full Time, Hybrid: 3 days in office (Stockport, Greater Manchester), 2 days remote

Salary: Up to £36k DOE plus benefits

LFX Events Ltd is growing.

We are a professional event production, event management and event safety company working in the UK and International live events industry, supporting organisers across live music, festivals, outdoor and in-venue events, corporate events and mass participation events. Our clients include event organisers such as Futuresound, Slam Dunk, Brighton Pride, F1 Suppliers, CCL, Tour De France, Councils… the list keeps growing.

With yet more new clients and events already lined up for 2027, we’re now looking for an exceptionally organised Event Project Coordinator to support both our Event Production and Event Safety teams.

The Role

We're looking for someone who can bring greater structure, organisation and momentum to all of our projects and can be another key contact for our clients.

  • You'll sit at the heart of our project teams, helping make sure that plans become reality.
  • You'll create and manage project plans, track deadlines and milestones, coordinate meetings, issue notes and actions, manage documentation streams, maintain trackers, monitor budgets and keep clients, contractors, suppliers and our internal teams informed.

You'll be the person asking: What's happening? Who's doing it? When is it due? Has it been done?

And if it hasn't been done, you'll make sure it gets back on track.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Creating project dashboards, reports and updates.
  • Managing milestones, deadlines and dependencies.
  • Tracking actions and following up outstanding tasks.
  • Attending internal and external meetings.
  • Producing clear meeting notes and action points.
  • Managing project documentation and paperwork streams.
  • Developing audit and compliance trackers.
  • Managing client queries and coordinating resolutions.
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers.
  • Supporting procurement and information gathering.
  • Monitoring project budgets and expenditure.
  • Identifying risks, issues and potential delays.
  • Supporting our Production and Safety teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Helping develop better project management systems across LFX.

And occasionally, you'll get out of the office. Although this is primarily a project coordination role, we value people who want to understand what happens on site. You'll have opportunities to attend events and support our teams during live delivery, giving you first-hand experience of the projects you're coordinating.

Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone seriously organised. You'll need previous experience in project coordination or project management, with experience using project management tools and systems. We need someone who can create order from complexity.

We need someone with excellent verbal and written skills as you'll build relationships by being reliable & responsive. You'll work with our Production Managers, Event Managers, Senior Safety Advisors, Directors, clients, contractors and suppliers. You'll need to be confident enough to chase a senior colleague for an overdue action, professional enough to manage a client query and diplomatic enough to get a contractor to provide information they've forgotten to send.

Above all you’ll need to be on top of the detail, with an instinct and a desire to ensure every milestone is met and pride in achieving optimum quality output via accurate documentation and version control to meet our clients’ requirements, no matter how many times the detail changes. With multiple projects in train simultaneously, time management and prioritisation will be second nature to you.

Experience in the events industry would be a significant advantage, particularly within production, safety, live music, festivals, outdoor events, corporate events or mass participation. However, we're also interested in people from other project-based industries who can demonstrate exceptional organisational ability and a genuine appetite to learn the busy but rewarding events sector.

Interested?

If you're an experienced Project Coordinator / Manager looking for a role with real responsibility, variety and the opportunity to help grow an ambitious events business, we'd like to hear from you.

Please send your CV and a brief covering letter outlining your relevant experience and why you think you'd be a good fit for LFX Events Ltd to hr@lfxevents.co.uk.

Applications close 30 September 2026.
