Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
This position will support Fever Originals’ team growth in Turkey, whilst being based in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at an early, high-growth stage and have ownership in creating new experiences.
You will be expected to:
- Manage events from conception to delivery, working with existing partners and developing new vendor and venue partnerships
- Help to scale the Candlelight experience in Turkey and the UK
- Coordinate with the different internal teams at Fever
- Work with the Fever marketing team to make sure events make an impact both in terms of ticket sales and coverage
- Represent the Fever brand at events
- Make informed decisions based on data (including P&L analysis)

In order to be successful in this role:
- The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Experience or passion for the entertainment industry is a plus.
- Fluent English and Turkish
- Analytical skills are essential, as all decisions will be taken from data conclusions
- Being organized and efficient: we’re looking for an intern with leadership and with an ability to manage their time.
- Having excellent social abilities (management of stakeholders, teams, and several partners)
- Manage of Excel & PowerPoint is essential
- Eager to help build teams
- You are a problem solver
- You are proactive and independent
- You feel confident in taking ownership of your projects
- You’re thriving in a fast-growing and demanding environment and are happy to take ownership of exciting projects.

This role is located in London.

Our hiring process
- A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics and written understanding
- A 30 min video call with your future manager, to further understand the details of the position/team/company
- A 45 min video call with your future manager, including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance)
On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within a week.
