EVENT PROJECT MANAGER | LONDON | EVENTS AGENCY

Compensation: Salary + excellent benefits.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office) | International travel

Ready to step into a role where you can take real ownership of exciting event projects?

We’re working with an established London-based events agency that is looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join its growing team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid agency-side event production experience who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working across multiple clients and projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll be delivering a diverse portfolio of corporate events and experiences, including:

  • Internal conferences and employee events
  • Recognition and celebration events
  • Strategy launches
  • Meetings and conferences
  • Creative live experiences

You’ll work across a variety of sectors, managing projects from initial brief through to delivery and taking ownership of the operational, financial, and supplier management required to make them happen.

There will also be opportunities to get involved in creative development, proposals, and pitches, so this is much more than a purely logistical role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
