💍 We’re Hiring: Weekend Proposal Planner | London
Fairy Tale Proposals is looking for an energetic, highly organised Event / Proposal Planner to join our London team.
This is a part-time weekend role (1.5 days per week), working across Saturday and Sunday, and would suit someone who loves creating unforgettable experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

🌙 Weekend hours will include afternoon and evening work
As many of our proposals take place later in the day, evening availability is essential. Working hours will vary depending on our proposal schedule and bookings.
The Role
You’ll help manage our proposals from planning through to execution, including:
- Coordinating upcoming proposals and client requirements
- Liaising with venues, suppliers and our wider planning team
- Managing booking details, schedules and confirmations
- Supporting proposal set-ups and styling at some of London’s most beautiful venues
- Being onsite to ensure proposals are executed flawlessly
- Supporting pack-down and operational logistics where required
- Responding to client enquiries and helping deliver an exceptional client experience

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and a genuine self-starter
- Confident communicating with clients, venues and suppliers
- Calm under pressure and comfortable solving problems quickly
- Happy to be hands-on — this isn't just a laptop-based planning role
- Flexible and willing to go the extra mile when needed
- Available to work evenings across the weekend
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding standard of service
