📅 Start: ASAP — we can accommodate notice periods of up to 4 weeks
🗓️ Full-Time: Monday–Friday
🗓️ Part-Time: Minimum 3 full weekdays

Edge Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Event Sales Assistants. This is an opportunity to gain genuine, hands-on experience across events, sales, marketing and customer engagement, while working alongside a supportive and ambitious team.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Event Sales Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client campaigns, representing exciting brands and services at live events, pop-up venues and busy city-centre locations.
Your day could involve meeting customers, creating positive interactions, representing campaigns and helping deliver successful promotional events.
You’ll be communicating face-to-face, building relationships and learning how to engage different types of customers effectively. Every event brings something different, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, people and a fast-moving environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing client campaigns at live events and promotional venues
  • Engaging directly with customers through friendly, professional interactions
  • Promoting client services and offers with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Creating memorable and positive customer experiences
  • Supporting event setup and helping ensure campaigns run successfully
  • Developing your communication, sales and leadership abilities
  • Working closely with a motivated and supportive team
  • Building strong customer relationships while developing your sales techniques

No previous sales experience? No problem.
Experience in sales, retail or customer service is welcome, but it isn't essential. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided, so we're more interested in your attitude, communication style and willingness to learn.
