Event Sales Assistant

Leeds Events is looking for Event Sales Assistants to join our growing network, representing brands through live events, promotional campaigns and face-to-face customer engagement across Leeds and the surrounding area.
This isn’t a desk-based position. You’ll be interacting directly with customers at pop-up events, shopping centres and other busy locations — starting conversations, building interest and helping our campaigns make an impact.
What you'll be doing
- Engaging with customers face-to-face at events and promotional locations
- Representing campaigns in a professional and engaging way
- Introducing products, services and promotions to potential customers
- Working alongside a positive, energetic group of people
- Developing your confidence, communication and sales skills
- Gaining practical experience of successful events and customer-acquisition campaigns

Who we're looking for
Previous sales experience isn't essential. We’re much more interested in attitude, personality and willingness to learn. You might be coming from retail, hospitality, customer service or university — or simply looking for an opportunity to build practical experience in a people-focused environment.
You'll probably enjoy this opportunity if you're:
