Online Media and Publishing business
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for event sponsorships, exhibition booths, and delegate packages. Proactively prospect new clients while managing relationships with key media partners.
- Serve as the face of our event network. Develop year-round community initiatives (newsletters, online forums, networking meetups) to retain delegates and deepen audience engagement.
- Manage your sales pipeline in the CRM, deliver accurate revenue forecasts, and ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship packages before, during, and post-event.
- Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to align event themes with industry trends, driving target audience acquisition and client retention.
- Lead sponsor and community host efforts during live London events, ensuring exceptional high-touch delegate experiences.

Requirements

- 2–4+ years of experience in event sales, media sales, or community management within a publishing, media, or event agency environment.
- Proven track record of hitting B2B/B2C commercial targets and building consultative sales partnerships.
- Strong networking skills with a passion for cultivating professional communities.
- Exceptional written and spoken English with confidence pitching senior industry stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital community platforms.
