The Chancery Rosewood

The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As an Event Sales Coordinator

As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will support the Events Sales team in creating seamless and memorable experiences for our corporate, social and private clients. This is more than an administrative role; it is about Relationship Hospitality: building trust, anticipating client needs, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully coordinated from initial enquiry through to event handover.

If you are highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional luxury hospitality experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Event Sales team with client enquiries, proposals, contracts, event documentation and general coordination throughout the booking journey.
  • Respond to clients promptly and professionally, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, care and attention to detail expected at The Chancery Rosewood.
  • Liaise with clients, internal departments and external suppliers to ensure event requirements are clearly communicated and accurately followed through.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, Banquet Event Orders, floor plans, contracts and reports, ensuring all details are accurate and well presented.
  • Support with site inspections and client meetings, helping to showcase the hotel’s event spaces with confidence, enthusiasm and strong product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records within the hotel’s sales and event systems, ensuring all client, booking and revenue information is up to date.
  • Support the coordination of deposits, payments and contract deadlines in line with hotel procedures.
  • Attend pre-event and post-event meetings, ensuring clear communication and a smooth handover between the Sales and Operations teams.
  • Contribute to revenue generation by supporting upselling opportunities and ensuring each proposal reflects the full offering of the hotel.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for The Chancery Rosewood, representing the hotel with professionalism, warmth and discretion at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
