About the Role
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and enthusiastic Aviation Events Sales Executive to join our international events sales team.
This is a 100% SALES ROLE focused exclusively on selling attendance at international aviation industry events.
No event planning. No administration. No marketing. No additional responsibilities. JUST SALES.
What You’ll Be Doing
- 90% Telephone Sales: Cold calling and warm calling prospective customers, building relationships, and closing sales.
- 10% Email Follow-Ups: Responding to customer enquiries and following up on sales conversations.

What We’re Looking For
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
Full sales training will be provided. No previous aviation industry experience is required.

- Strictly office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Salary: £19,000 GBP plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses, subject to the legal minimum wage for their paid hours.
- NO remote working or working from home.
- Approximately 90% of your working day will be spent making sales calls.
- This is a pure telephone sales position, not an events management or marketing role.
