Event Sales Executive - B2B Events

Salary: £28,000-£29,000

Synergy Group is looking for a Event Sales Executive to join our team as we scale our portfolio of exclusive events, think fine dining experiences, executive roundtables, and high-impact day events that bring senior business leaders together to solve real challenges.
What you'll be doing:
- 📞 High-volume outbound calls and digital outreach to senior business leaders
- 🎯 Generating and qualifying new leads
- ✅ Securing and confirming event registrations
- 🔍 Researching companies and identifying the right decision-makers
- 📊 Managing your pipeline and keeping CRM systems up to date
- 🤝 Working closely with internal teams to deliver standout events
- 📈 Consistently hitting (and exceeding) KPIs
