We're looking for an experienced Event Sales Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Event Sales Executive (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Hybrid Position

Up to 31k base

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in event sales is essential.
  • A proven background in sales within events, gym memberships/fitness, or hospitality.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience generating new business and managing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new event business.
  • Manage enquiries from initial contact through to booking confirmation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Maximise revenue by upselling event packages and services.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
