Event Sales Manager
Central London – Hybrid
Up to £45k + Uncapped Commission
Are you an ambitious B2B salesperson with a passion for live events, corporate hospitality, premium experiences?
Ark Recruitment are partnering with a global events business, looking to hire a Sales Manager to join its growing events sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong B2B sales experience, ideally from an events or corporate hospitality background, who enjoys winning new business and building long-term client relationships.
You'll be joining a market-leading business with an impressive portfolio of premium live experiences, excellent career progression and earning potential.
The Role
You'll be responsible for selling premium hospitality experiences to corporate clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals and managing accounts.
This is a new business focused role where outbound activity is at the heart of your success. You'll build your own pipeline through calls, emails and LinkedIn, before developing long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

Alongside the commercial side of the role, you'll also attend live events throughout the year, ensuring clients receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Winning new business through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn outreach
- Building and managing your own pipeline of prospective clients
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals
- Growing existing accounts through repeat business and upselling opportunities
- Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Working closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and revenue forecasts
- Attending live events and supporting on-site delivery during key event periods
What we’d love to see from you
- Minimum 3 years' B2B 360 sales experience
- Experience within events, corporate hospitality, premium live experiences or a similar industry selling premium packages to c-suite executives & marketing leads.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems
- A proactive, resilient and relationship-led approach to sales
