Sales & Event Manager

Location: Office-based (North West London)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Contract Type: Full time (40 hours per week and flexibility to work evenings and weekends)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and commercially driven Sales & Event Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional — ideally with a background in events — who is confident in building strong client relationships, generating new business, and managing events from initial enquiry through to delivery.

We are looking for someone who is naturally proactive, commercially minded, and enjoys working as part of a small close-knit team. Ideally, you will already have an established client base and a strong network within the events industry.

The Role

As Sales & Event Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and successfully managing your own events. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new business and developing existing client relationships.
  • Managing the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to event delivery.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services, including Awesome AV and Awesome FX.
  • Meeting agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients and encouraging repeat business.
  • Attending and managing your own events, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure events are delivered smoothly and successfully.
  • Taking a proactive approach to identifying new sales opportunities and growing revenue.
  • Maintaining accurate sales and client records and providing regular updates against KPIs.
  • Working with the operations team to ensure compliance with Broadwick group policies, procedures, and metrics across the spaces.
  • Working alongside the operations team to ensure the customer journey, from initial enquiry through to client de-brief, is always followed for every event.
  • Representing the company professionally at events and client meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
