Role: Event Sales Representative (Freelance/Short-Term)
Location: National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, England
Dates: Saturday 12th September 2026
Compensation: £100 Daily base rate + 5% commission on sales


About Us:
Inventor Smart Care is an innovative pet health company specialising in cat-friendly oral care. We are attending Cat Show Live, the UK's biggest cat con, to showcase our award-winning cat-friendly toothbrush to cat lovers and cat professionals.


The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, driven, commercially minded, and confident sales representatives to join us at our exhibition stand during the event.

You will be speaking directly with cat parents, your main responsibility will be to engage with them, introduce them to our innovation, and support sales conversations turning interest into orders.

  • Confidently discuss pricing, benefits and close sales
  • Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and energetic stand atmosphere
  • Record sales made for commission rewards.

  • Quick learner – able to absorb product details fast and explain them clearly.

Requirements:

  • Must be UK-based and able to travel to the National Exhibition Center in Birmingham for the duration of the event
  • Must speak English.
  • Prior sales or trade show experience preferred (especially in the pet, FMCG, or retail sectors)
  • Must love cats
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to represent the brand professionally
  • Available for the full event.

Compensation & Benefits:
