Vauxhall London | Guaranteed Daily Rate + Uncapped Commission

Pillar Capital is a London-based sales and customer acquisition company, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing Event Sales team.
This is an opportunity for people who don’t want their earning potential capped by a fixed salary. You’ll receive a guaranteed daily rate, giving you a safety net while you build your sales performance. Alongside this, our uncapped commission structure gives you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on the results you achieve.
The better you become at sales, the more opportunity there is to earn.
What You’ll Do
You’ll represent leading brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across some of London’s busiest locations.
Your days could include working in:
- Shopping centres
- High streets
- Events and exhibitions
- Promotional campaigns
- High-footfall customer environments
You’ll speak directly with customers, create positive conversations, understand their needs, and confidently introduce them to the products or services you’re representing.
