FRG Events is the specialist stadium, arena, and live events division of First Response Group (FRG), one of the UK's leading security and facilities management companies.
We help deliver some of the UK's most exciting live events, providing professional, customer focused security services at stadiums, arenas, festivals, concerts, corporate events, and major public gatherings.

Job Description
- Rapid Response: Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, medical emergencies, and crowd management issues, ensuring the safety of all attendees.
- Conflict Management: Effectively de-escalate confrontational situations and resolve spectator disputes in a calm, controlled manner.
- Pitch & Restricted Area Security: Maintain the integrity of the playing surface and restricted areas by preventing unauthorised access throughout events.
- Search & Screening Operations: Carry out thorough bag searches and screening procedures at entry points in accordance with Ground Regulations and venue policies.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with stadium stewards, Police, emergency services, and medical teams to support the safe operation of events.
- Incident Documentation: Complete clear, accurate, and timely incident reports, ensuring all relevant information is recorded appropriately.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide a welcoming and professional presence for supporters, offering assistance, directions, and information where required.
- Crowd Safety & Monitoring: Continuously monitor spectator behaviour, identify potential risks, and take proactive steps to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Essential Skills
- SIA Licence: A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential for this role.
- Spectator Safety Qualification: Hold, or be willing to obtain, a Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety.
- Counter Terrorism Awareness: Completion of ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) Awareness and Security Training is required, or a willingness to complete the training prior to deployment.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience within event security, crowd management, stadium operations, or other front-line security environments is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with members of the public, colleagues, and partner agencies. Experience using two-way radio systems is advantageous.
- Professional Attributes: Calm, composed, and resilient under pressure, with the confidence to manage challenging situations and difficult behaviour in a professional manner.
- Teamwork & Customer Focus: A proactive team player who is approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
- Situational Awareness: Ability to remain vigilant, assess potential risks quickly, and make sound decisions in fast-paced and dynamic event environments.
