Role Description

The role also requires clear communication with event organizers, vendors, and other security personnel, as well as detailed incident reporting and adherence to company procedures and legal requirements. This is a remote role, with scheduling, briefing, and coordination often managed online, though the position requires on-site attendance at event locations as assigned. The role may include flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on event schedules.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with attendees, clients, and colleagues.
  • Event Planning and Event Marketing awareness to understand event layouts, crowd dynamics, and promotional activities that impact security needs.
  • Sales and client relationship skills to support service delivery, represent Medisec positively, and help maintain and grow client accounts.
  • Experience or training in security, law enforcement, or event safety is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and follow established safety and security protocols.
  • Good physical fitness, situational awareness, and willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic IT skills to use remote scheduling tools, reporting systems, and communication platforms.
  • Relevant security certifications or licenses (where required by local regulations) are an advantage.
