Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As an Event Specialist, you will deliver a portfolio of professional development and learning events across global markets. Working within the product delivery framework, you will ensure events are high-quality, engaging and delivered consistently across both digital and in-person formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of events, ensuring they are delivered to agreed quality standards, timelines and budgets.
  • Manage logistics including venues, suppliers, platforms and technical requirements for both digital and face-to-face events.
  • Act as the main point of contact for delegates, handling bookings, communications and event queries.
  • Support speaker and stakeholder management, including briefings, logistics and on-the-day coordination.
  • Deliver onsite and virtual event management, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.
  • Produce post-event reporting, including feedback, engagement insights and budget reconciliation to inform continuous improvement.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive events professional with experience delivering both digital and in-person events. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and take pride in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience delivering events within a professional, corporate or learning environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience of digital event platforms and webinar/conference tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management skills across internal and external audiences.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident, customer-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable and comfortable working in a global, matrixed organisation.
