Events Specialist role in a popular US law firm. London based with 4 days in the office a week. Up to £70,000.
This US law firm has a well-established team in London, and are looking for an Events Specialist to join their busy team. The role will report into the Associate Director, and join a team of other Specialists. The role holder will be responsible for the end to end planning and delivery of key client facing events for the London office. This could include: seminars, dinners, receptions, hospitality and conferences.

Key responsibilities include:
- End to end execution of events, including venue and supplier sourcing, guestlist management and invites, as well as providing on site support;
- Tracking budgets and workflows;
- Working with the marketing team to produce event materials;
- Reporting and measuring event attendance and feedback, demonstrating ROI.

The role will suit an events management professional with at least 4 years of experience. Ideally candidates will have experience within legal or a comparable global professional services environment.
