Events Specialist - Outstanding US Law Firm - Client Events - FTC
Are you a detail-obsessed event pro who loves creating memorable, high-touch experiences?
A leading U.S. law firm is seeking an Event Specialist to plan and execute sophisticated client events that strengthen relationships, elevate their brand, and support business development efforts.
This role will see you focus on:
- Plan, manage, and execute a wide range of client-facing events, including seminars, conferences, receptions, dinners, and virtual programs.
- Partner closely with attorneys, business development, and marketing teams to align events with strategic goals.
- Manage event logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budgets, timelines, registrations, and on-site execution.
- Ensure all events reflect the firm’s brand, professionalism, and client-service standards.
- Track event outcomes, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
- Support multiple events simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and high expectations.
